Buenas dias familia!

First off a comment to your little April fools joke! "repent, is getting late" Elder Holland - haha! Wasn't that talk the coolest ever?! I swear these last 2 conferences Elder Holland has come out with some bangs! I love it! I really enjoyed conference! We were actually able to hear it in english so it was crazy cool! I loved it! I never knew how much I was really missing out on before the mission! Conference is so powerful! You can put your money on the Profeta! We are teaching a little family and well, the mom lost interest but the husband is soo interested! He is actually getting baptized very soon - within a couple weeks! He came to all of conference - every session and was actually taking notes and stuff but we showed up sunday morning and he was there with his wife and family! She really enjoyed conference so i think we are going to be picking her back up as well so I'm excited! This past week we have definantly seen the tender mercies of the lord. We have had so much help from the ward and are recieving families to teach from the ward and it just goes to show that the lord always has his children ready and has his hand in the work! We also had the oportunity to listen to conference and it was so great! The only one I missed was priesthood just because its too late here so we have to be in the house but we will get to read it next month! Also we have a couple baptisms coming up in the next couple weeks. One is a 14 year old kid named derrick and then the man that i just told you about and hopefully we will be able to get his wife ready as well! The work here is really progressing and im loving my area - it's the best! I LOVE the mission so much! I also love all of you as well! But that's about the happenings around here in the Dominican Republic! Oh and ya it wasn't like super bad with the pitbull, it just got a nice bite and thats all! I don't know how it happened - I guess i just got to close while on the leash and it got a hold haha, but no, i'm feeling fine so no big deal! What I mean about different is that here you dont have 24/7 light - it leaves and comes when it wants and you usually dont have running water so you shower with a bucket! It's super humid and hot and super loud all the time - all day every day! The music and other things but like I'm all used to that and so i dont know, haha, but if i think about it, it would be way different for you guys just because I see that with my kid. Just like things that i see everyday he sees for the first time and is just like shocked, haha - its funny! But don't worry I'm sharing experiences when i feel i should, haha! I'm still working on the picture problem!

Yes, i actually did see Tanner LeBaron and no one believed me that i knew him, haha! I saw David Archleta or whatever. He is going to serve in Chile i believe! An elder here was my comp in the MTC and he was his neighbor - so yeah! Conference was powerful huh!? You guys keep working with that man named Daniel! He sounds like he can really progress and has some interest which is great! Sounds like the family had a great week and you all enjoyed conference. What about clayton, did he go to Salt Lake or stay at home? Tell morgs that she should play - I mean pray and find what she thinks is the best but also tell her you only have the oportunity once in your life and live it without regrets! Tell her I'm praying for her as well as the rest of you!

Of course i knew your little joke was April fools, haha, it's impossible but that was funny! Do know that i love you all soo very much and that the work of the lord is progressing soo much over here as well as there i see - keep up the good work! Know i pray for you all night and day and it is evident that those prayers are being answered! I also feel you guys' prayers in my behalf! Love you all so very very much!
