Hello mother dear and family!!!

Well this week was one of the greatest weeks of my mission!  It was very successful and it just seemed like everyone and there dog accepted us this week!  Our 2 baptisms went through so it was a great experience!  They will both do great in the ward!  It was great to see a couple more of our Heavenly Fathers children ready to enter the waters of baptism!  It was awesome!   My comp finally got his first baptism of his whole mission so the Lord is really blessing us here in Bayona!  The work is progressing and it's going great!  We have another couple baptisms coming up.  One is for an 11 year old girl, haha - she was a reference from a member from the ward so that's good!  Then a man named Diolencio.  He is the coolest guy ever!  He is super smart - he like makes inventions and things and is just super smart and has quite a bit of money and he also is getting ready to move to the states so its been good with him.  The spirit is super strong every time we go and visit him and any problems he had before such as the word of wisdom or law of chastity or anything - he is super willing to give up his old life and follow our savior!   He is an awesome investigator!  Those are the ones really progressing and then we also have some others that are progressing and we shall see where they go! Transfers just ended yesterday and we got the call and my comp is leaving to a place called Barahona! As for me, I'm staying here in Bayona which I'm down for and I'm also getting the privilege to train a new missionary - I'm receiving a kid!!!!!!!  I'm super excited!  I can't wait!  So that means in our house we will now have 2 brand new elders haha!  It should be fun!  I get to meet him tomorrow and I will let you know who he is and where he is from and all that jazz next week.  I only know that his name is like Elder Rasmussen or something to that effect, haha!  We shall see!   That's about the happenings here in the big old DR.  Oh and also we are starting to hit back into the rainy season - it stopped for a little while like a couple months but during this week it rained pretty much everyday and rained pretty hard so time to get out the umbrellas again and get wet!!  Also, about the pictures,  I'm going to apologize in advance that I cant send some this week because I forgot my camera in the house but next week I PROMISE!!!!!!  Sorry I'm a little lazy when it comes to that stuff!

Sounds like you guys all had a pretty busy filled week and ate alot haha!  I can't believe you guys don't have any one of us kids playing games anymore!  how does dad feel - little sad??  Haha.   It sounds like the family and everyone around the family are doing great!!!  How about Christan Schmidt, how is he doing?  How about Jordan Thompson and Preston and the others from the ward?  How is everyone doing??   I haven't heard from them for some time!  And big old uncle J and Aunt Betsy are going to be a ma and pa for the trek - that's way awesome!  How about you guys?   Are going to do anything this year to help out with the trek or anything??   I loved the trek - it was a fun time!!!  But sounds like you guys had a fun and filling week and big old Clayton still sounds like the same crazy old Clayton!  Come on brother I mean you got to settle down sometime brother, haha!   Well, sure do love you all so very much!  Glad you all had a great week and everyone is doing great!  Know you are all in my prayers and hope everything continues to go well for you all! I'll be sure to get those picutres to ya'll this next week but until then take care and keep working hard in both the temporal and spiritual things!   Love you all dearly and we will talk in a week!

Love, Elder Tanner Reidhead
